Description
I have questions with respect to:
1) Is the Line Friends BT21 Merch official or unofficial?
A: Majority of the BT21 merch is fan made (unofficial). There's a few official items for sale and the official items will say wording that's it's official in the product page. The more expensive items are official while the less expensive ones are fanmade. Unofficial BT21 will be much less than the price of the official version.
2) Are the photocards for sale official or fanmade?
A: Almost all the photocard sets for sale are fanmade or unofficial. If they are in the Under $15 collection, they are unofficial. If they are from a Lucky Draw or a album Pre-Order Benefit then they are 100% official and essentially come one by one unless you order a set via a Lucky Draw.
1) How soon will my item(s) will ship?
A: If we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 8 business days from the date of your order. The tracking information will get sent out automatically to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 8 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@kpop.exchange. Please be aware Pre-Orders will not ship until they are release and ship to us from Korea. The release date may be found on the product page.
2) How long are shipping times?
A: Your products will ship within 5 to 8 days of you placing your order then take 4 to 6 weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Kpop Exchange has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product page.
3) Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Yes!
4) What's the ETA to USA and Canada?
A: 3-5 weeks is the ETA. On occasions it may arrive faster and during busy shipping times it may turn into 6 weeks. for items such as Albums and Official Merchandise, it's already in the US and is received much faster. The shipping speed can be chosen at checkout depending on fast you want to receive it.
5) Where can I find my tracking information?
A: The tracking will update on the order status page once the item is in transit. You will also receive an email notification with a link to your personal tracking page through my shipping program, AfterShip.
6) Where do your items ship from?
A: Albums and official goods come from South Korea and ship out of our small facility in Denver, CO. Unofficial and less expensive goods are made in and ship from China.
1) What's your return policy?
A: All sales are final. We accept returns for refunds, for items damaged in transit or defective items. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint.
2) Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can if it's within 48 hours. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
3) What happens if I receive a defective electronic item?
A: Electronics include any product that requires a battery such as a Lightstick. In the rare event you receive a sealed official lightstick that is defective, you would need to contact the manufacturer. The contact information can be found in the user manual.

STAYs, SKZOO went grocery shopping and came home as the groceries. 🛒 The MARKET SKZOO Ver. of THIS & THAT, Stray Kids' 10th mini album, is built around a SKZOO plush keyring sitting in its own little fabric market bag: light blue tote, green produce-style patch on the front, a "100% SKZ" label on the back like an organic-certification sticker, and a silver ring clasp up top so the whole thing clips onto your bag. Freshly picked. Locally sourced from the JYP building. Handle with care.
WHO'S IN THE PRODUCE AISLE:
SKZOO is Stray Kids' official character line, where each member has his own animal alter ego. This version's pool is all eight members' SKZOO plus a ninth character, Tasy:

AND THERE'S AN ALBUM IN THE BOX:
⚠️ This is a FANS ALBUM, NOT a physical CD. You register the album through the FANS app using the QR card (the included user guide walks through it) and play the music digitally. The box also holds a member photocard set with orange THIS & THAT backs, plus the album credits.
Because it's an official album release, it counts toward charts like the other THIS & THAT versions. That matters: THIS & THAT opened with over 3.2 million first-week copies on Hanteo, Stray Kids' biggest first week yet, and became their ninth consecutive No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Even the plush is pulling its weight on the charts.
PLUSH CARE: surface-clean only. Spot clean the plush and bag with a barely damp cloth and air dry. No machine washing, no dryer. Clip it to your bag with confidence, but maybe not to your gym bag.
ABOUT STRAY KIDS: Stray Kids (스트레이 키즈) is the eight-member boy group under JYP Entertainment — Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N — who debuted March 25, 2018 and self-produce their catalog through in-house unit 3RACHA (Bang Chan, Changbin, Han). They hold nine consecutive No. 1 debuts on the Billboard 200, a world record they broke again with THIS & THAT (August 2026). Their 4th Japanese mini album SUIATSU arrives November 25, 2026. Their fandom: STAY (스테이), and their SKZOO counterparts now come bagged.

Q: What is the difference between ALL THIS & THAT versions? A: All versions share the same eight tracks. The THIS Ver. and THAT Ver. are the standard photobook CDs. The Truck Ver. (Limited) is the metal truck-case edition with two mini CD-Rs, a keychain set, and a convex selfie mirror. The & Ver. comes in eight member versions. The Fans Album (QR) is the compact platform format. The LP and vinyl colorways are for the turntable. The MARKET SKZOO Ver. (this page) is the FANS-album format paired with a SKZOO plush keyring (1 of 9). All album formats count toward charts.
Q: How do I care for the plush keyring? A: Surface-clean only: spot clean with a barely damp cloth and air dry. Don't machine wash or tumble dry the plush or its bag.

They debuted March 25, 2018 and hold nine consecutive No. 1 debuts on the Billboard 200. Their fandom is STAY (스테이).
Q: Can I cancel my pre-order? A: No. Albums cannot be cancelled or refunded once processed. All sales are final, and albums with registered FANS codes cannot be returned.
