Description
I have questions with respect to:
1) Is the Line Friends BT21 Merch official or unofficial?
A: Majority of the BT21 merch is fan made (unofficial). There's a few official items for sale and the official items will say wording that's it's official in the product page. The more expensive items are official while the less expensive ones are fanmade. Unofficial BT21 will be much less than the price of the official version.
2) Are the photocards for sale official or fanmade?
A: Almost all the photocard sets for sale are fanmade or unofficial. If they are in the Under $15 collection, they are unofficial. If they are from a Lucky Draw or a album Pre-Order Benefit then they are 100% official and essentially come one by one unless you order a set via a Lucky Draw.
1) How soon will my item(s) will ship?
A: If we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 8 business days from the date of your order. The tracking information will get sent out automatically to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 8 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@kpop.exchange. Please be aware Pre-Orders will not ship until they are release and ship to us from Korea. The release date may be found on the product page.
2) How long are shipping times?
A: Your products will ship within 5 to 8 days of you placing your order then take 4 to 6 weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Kpop Exchange has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product page.
3) Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Yes!
4) What's the ETA to USA and Canada?
A: 3-5 weeks is the ETA. On occasions it may arrive faster and during busy shipping times it may turn into 6 weeks. for items such as Albums and Official Merchandise, it's already in the US and is received much faster. The shipping speed can be chosen at checkout depending on fast you want to receive it.
5) Where can I find my tracking information?
A: The tracking will update on the order status page once the item is in transit. You will also receive an email notification with a link to your personal tracking page through my shipping program, AfterShip.
6) Where do your items ship from?
A: Albums and official goods come from South Korea and ship out of our small facility in Denver, CO. Unofficial and less expensive goods are made in and ship from China.
1) What's your return policy?
A: All sales are final. We accept returns for refunds, for items damaged in transit or defective items. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint.
2) Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can if it's within 48 hours. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
3) What happens if I receive a defective electronic item?
A: Electronics include any product that requires a battery such as a Lightstick. In the rare event you receive a sealed official lightstick that is defective, you would need to contact the manufacturer. The contact information can be found in the user manual.

It features two Lucky Draw designs — Design A (9 types) and Design B (12 types) — plus a standard HMV POB photocard (8 types). These photocards were only available through HMV Japan during a limited pre-order window, making them highly collectible and valuable for trading.
Q: Is this Stray Kids HMV photocard official or fanmade?
A: This is 100% official merchandise. The Stray Kids DO IT HMV Lucky Draw Photocard is an authentic pre-order benefit distributed exclusively through Loppi・HMV Japan. Kpop Exchange only sells official photocards sourced through authorized channels — never fanmade or reprinted items.
Q: What's the difference between Lucky Draw A and Lucky Draw B?
A: Lucky Draw Design A features 9 different member types with a distinct design style. Lucky Draw Design B features 12 different types including additional unit or concept variations. Both are HMV-exclusive and highly sought after by collectors. The standard HMV POB photocard (8 types) is typically included with either Lucky Draw option.
Q: How many photocards do I receive per order?
A: Depending on your selected option, you'll receive either: (1) Lucky Draw A photocard + Standard HMV POB photocard (2 cards total), (2) Lucky Draw B photocard + Standard HMV POB photocard (2 cards total), or (3) a single Lucky Draw photocard of your chosen design type.
Q: Can I choose which member I get?
A: The HMV Lucky Draw photocards are random as originally distributed by HMV Japan. All 8 Stray Kids members are represented: Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N. Random pulls maintain the original collector experience and trade value.
Q: Where does Kpop Exchange ship from?
A: We ship from Denver, Colorado, USA. This means faster delivery for US customers, no customs fees or import duties, and no proxy service complications. International shipping is also available.
Q: How are the photocards packaged?
A: Every photocard ships protected in a soft sleeve, inside a rigid toploader, within a sturdy mailer designed to prevent bending. We pack like collectors because we are collectors.
Q: Is this photocard in stock or a pre-order?
A: This listing is for in-hand stock ready to ship immediately from our USA warehouse. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
Q: Do I get freebies with my order?
A: Yes! Every order from Kpop Exchange includes exclusive freebies — because STAYs deserve a little extra joy with their photocards.
Q: How rare is the Stray Kids DO IT HMV Lucky Draw Photocard?

A: Standard K-pop photocard size: 55 × 85 mm. Perfect for 9-pocket binder pages, standard toploaders, and all your collecting display needs.

Q: What is the Stray Kids DO IT HMV Lucky Draw worth?
A: Value varies by member and market demand. HMV Japan exclusives typically command higher prices than standard POBs due to their limited availability and the difficulty of obtaining them outside Japan. Check current trading communities for market rates.
Q: When was the Stray Kids DO IT album released?
A: Stray Kids' SKZ IT TAPE: DO IT was released in December 2025. The HMV Japan Lucky Draw was available during the pre-order period leading up to release.
