missing J-Hope

This package was lost in transit, your team issued a refund and it finally arrived however when I opened the package J-Hope was missing and I had two Jungkooks. Luckily you had already refunded my money. I feel bad for keeping but I'm not paying to return it. Product itself is good, I didn't realize it was a reproduction when purchasing. I should have since the retail was so low.
