Description

1) Is the Line Friends BT21 Merch official or unofficial?

A: Majority of the BT21 merch is fan made (unofficial). There's a few official items for sale and the official items will say wording that's it's official in the product page. The more expensive items are official while the less expensive ones are fanmade. Unofficial BT21 will be much less than the price of the official version.

2) Are the photocards for sale official or fanmade?

A: Almost all the photocard sets for sale are fanmade or unofficial. If they are in the Under $15 collection, they are unofficial. If they are from a Lucky Draw or a album Pre-Order Benefit then they are 100% official and essentially come one by one unless you order a set via a Lucky Draw.

1) How soon will my item(s) will ship?

A: If we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 8 business days from the date of your order. The tracking information will get sent out automatically to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 8 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@kpop.exchange.
Please be aware Pre-Orders will not ship until they are release and ship to us from Korea. The release date may be found on the product page.

2) How long are shipping times?

A: Your products will ship within 5 to 8 days of you placing your order then take 4 to 6 weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Kpop Exchange has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product page.

3) Do you ship to PO Boxes?

A: Yes!

4) What's the ETA to USA and Canada?

A: 3-5 weeks is the ETA. On occasions it may arrive faster and during busy shipping times it may turn into 6 weeks. for items such as Albums and Official Merchandise, it's already in the US and is received much faster. The shipping speed can be chosen at checkout depending on fast you want to receive it.

5) Where can I find my tracking information?

A: The tracking will update on the order status page once the item is in transit. You will also receive an email notification with a link to your personal tracking page through my shipping program, AfterShip.

6) Where do your items ship from?

A: Albums and official goods come from South Korea and ship out of our small facility in Denver, CO. Unofficial and less expensive goods are made in and ship from China.

1) What's your return policy?

A: All sales are final. We accept returns for refunds, for items damaged in transit or defective items. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint.

2) Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, you can if it's within 48 hours. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

3) What happens if I receive a defective electronic item?

A: Electronics include any product that requires a battery such as a Lightstick. In the rare event you receive a sealed official lightstick that is defective, you would need to contact the manufacturer. The contact information can be found in the user manual.

Villains, JYP's favorite band just dropped the kind of album package that makes you want to start a band, sit in a coffee shop with a coaster that came from an album, and question why every other K-pop group doesn't include one. The Xdinary Heroes LIVE and FALL Photobook Ver. comes in two versions — LIVE (yellow-white) and FALL (blue-orange) — each with an 80-page photobook, a coaster (yes, a drink coaster, inside an album), 10 stickers, a trading card, a letter from XH, and enough random-pull photocards to keep you trading in the Villains group chat for weeks. 🎸

Released October 14, 2024 through JYP Entertainment / Studio J (distributed by Dreamus Company), LIVE and FALL is Xdinary Heroes' 5th mini album and their first comeback in 6 months since the 1st full album Troubleshooting. The album features 8 tracks led by the title track "Night before the end" and includes a feature from Yoon Dohyun of YB (yes, that YB — the Korean rock legend) on "iNSTEAD!" All six members contributed to songwriting across the tracklist.

TWO VERSIONS:

LIVE ver. 🟡 — Yellow-white color scheme with an urban street photography concept. The photobook has a warm, daytime energy — think outdoor shoots, graffiti walls, golden-hour lighting, and the kind of candid moments that make you feel like you're walking through their neighborhood. The LIVE ver. represents the present, the raw, the now.

FALL ver. 🔵 — Blue-orange color scheme with the same urban setting but shifted into cooler, twilight tones. The FALL ver. represents the introspective, the after-hours, the "we played the show and now we're sitting on the curb at 2am" energy. Moodier. Quieter. Still undeniably Xdinary Heroes.

Both versions share the same tracklist and inclusion structure — the difference is the photobook photography, cover artwork, and version-specific designs across all printed inclusions.

The coaster (90×90mm) is the standout inclusion that nobody expected and everybody wants. It's a functional drink coaster with album-specific artwork. It's the kind of detail that makes Xdinary Heroes feel like a lifestyle brand that also happens to make music. Put it on your desk. Use it for your coffee. Flex your taste. ☕

The random-pull collectors have 3 separate pools to pull from: Photocard (1 out of 12), Trading Card (1 out of 6), and Message Photocard (1 out of 6). That's 3 random pulls per copy from 3 different pools — 24 unique collectible items per version to chase.

Pre-order copies include a Film Frame Sticker (85×95mm) and a Double Sided Poster (297×420mm, random 1 out of 6). These are first-press pre-order exclusives and will not be included in later printings.

Xdinary Heroes (엑스디너리 히어로즈), the six-member band under JYP Entertainment / Studio J, debuted on December 6, 2021 with the single "Happy Death Day." Members Gunil (guitar/leader), Jungsu (bass), Gaon (keyboard/synthesizer), O.de (drums), Jun Han (guitar), and Jooyeon (guitar/maknae) are a self-producing rock band in the JYP roster — a rarity in the K-pop landscape.
