Description
I have questions with respect to:
1) Is the Line Friends BT21 Merch official or unofficial?
A: Majority of the BT21 merch is fan made (unofficial). There's a few official items for sale and the official items will say wording that's it's official in the product page. The more expensive items are official while the less expensive ones are fanmade. Unofficial BT21 will be much less than the price of the official version.
2) Are the photocards for sale official or fanmade?
A: Almost all the photocard sets for sale are fanmade or unofficial. If they are in the Under $15 collection, they are unofficial. If they are from a Lucky Draw or a album Pre-Order Benefit then they are 100% official and essentially come one by one unless you order a set via a Lucky Draw.
1) How soon will my item(s) will ship?
A: If we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 8 business days from the date of your order. The tracking information will get sent out automatically to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 8 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@kpop.exchange. Please be aware Pre-Orders will not ship until they are release and ship to us from Korea. The release date may be found on the product page.
2) How long are shipping times?
A: Your products will ship within 5 to 8 days of you placing your order then take 4 to 6 weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Kpop Exchange has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product page.
3) Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Yes!
4) What's the ETA to USA and Canada?
A: 3-5 weeks is the ETA. On occasions it may arrive faster and during busy shipping times it may turn into 6 weeks. for items such as Albums and Official Merchandise, it's already in the US and is received much faster. The shipping speed can be chosen at checkout depending on fast you want to receive it.
5) Where can I find my tracking information?
A: The tracking will update on the order status page once the item is in transit. You will also receive an email notification with a link to your personal tracking page through my shipping program, AfterShip.
6) Where do your items ship from?
A: Albums and official goods come from South Korea and ship out of our small facility in Denver, CO. Unofficial and less expensive goods are made in and ship from China.
1) What's your return policy?
A: All sales are final. We accept returns for refunds, for items damaged in transit or defective items. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint.
2) Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can if it's within 48 hours. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
3) What happens if I receive a defective electronic item?
A: Electronics include any product that requires a battery such as a Lightstick. In the rare event you receive a sealed official lightstick that is defective, you would need to contact the manufacturer. The contact information can be found in the user manual.

STAYs, we need to talk about Stray Kids' Japan year, because it has become extremely aquatic. 🌊 The 4th Japanese mini album is called SUIATSU — literally "water pressure." And now the Japan Season's Greetings 2027 is called "WAVE MAKER." Water pressure, then waves. Nine consecutive Billboard 200 No. 1s, the first overseas male act to headline Japan's National Stadium, and now a full nautical branding strategy. At this point the next Japan release is just going to be called TSUNAMI and nobody will be surprised.
WAVE MAKER is JYP Japan's 2027 Season's Greetings, and it is NOT the Korean set. The Korean one (Paper Tale) is soft watercolor storybook. This one is electric yellow and royal blue, with the eight members in matching blue workwear, a crew that clearly has a job to do. The packaging has "RIGHT NOW · JOIN US" running along the bottom like a recruitment poster. You have been recruited. Report for duty.
⏰ THE CLOCK, STATED PLAINLY: JYP Japan's official order window runs September 28 – October 12, 2026.This is a period-limited order, not a sit-on-the-shelf-forever item. When the window closes, it closes.
WHAT'S IN THE CREW KIT:
📓 Hard cover diary: 140 pages (148×210mm paper) in a 173×235mm hard cover, with monthly calendar and memo spreads. The serious planner of the two Stray Kids 2027 sets.
🗓️ Desk calendar (220×170mm, 28 pages): a full year of yellow-and-blue Stray Kids on your desk. Mondays will feel like a shift change at the wave factory.
🎒 Knapsack (380×470mm): a black drawstring knapsack with the WAVE MAKER logo. Gym bag, concert bag, "I'm carrying three SUIATSU editions home" bag. It's the inclusion that actually leaves the house.
📸 Photocard set: all 8 (55×85mm), one per member, complete in every box.
🪪 ID photo set: all 8 (35×45mm), plus a yellow-strap ID photo holder (50×83mm) so your bias can ride on your bag like a staff badge.
🖼️ Poster (520×400mm): the full crew in blue.
🎬 Making video QR card (55×85mm): scan it for behind-the-scenes footage from the WAVE MAKER shoot.
✨ Sticker sheet (120×160mm).
Everything above is a complete, fixed set. Nothing in the standard set is random. (The one random item on the official sheet, a unit photo card, is a JYP Japan Online Store benefit. More on that below, stated honestly.)
⚠️ This is a Season's Greetings merch set, NOT a music album. No CD, no tracklist, and it does NOT count toward Oricon, Billboard, Hanteo, or any chart. For the chart-counting Japan release, see SUIATSU. This set is for wearing the wave, not charting it.
ABOUT STRAY KIDS: Stray Kids (스트레이 키즈) is the eight-member boy group under JYP Entertainment: Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N. They debuted March 25, 2018, and their Japanese activities run through JYP Japan and Epic Records Japan. They hold nine consecutive No. 1 debuts on the Billboard 200, a world record most recently broken by THIS & THAT (August 2026). In Japan, their first EP was the fastest million-seller by a K-pop boy group from Japan debut, Hollow won Album of the Year (Asia) at the Japan Gold Disc Awards, and in 2026 they became the first overseas male act to headline the National Stadium. Their 4th Japanese mini album SUIATSU arrives November 25, 2026. Their fandom: STAY (스테이), now officially crew members.
Ships from Denver, Colorado, USA 🇺🇸, with no JYP Japan proxy scramble and no customs fees.

FAQ / Q&A
Q: What is Stray Kids Japan Season's Greetings 2027 WAVE MAKER? A: It's Stray Kids' official 2027 Japan Season's Greetings from JYP Japan, themed "WAVE MAKER": a bold yellow-and-blue concept with the members in matching blue workwear. The set includes a 140-page hard cover diary, a 28-page desk calendar, a drawstring knapsack, a poster, a complete 8-photocard set, a complete 8-photo ID set with a strap holder, a sticker sheet, and a making video QR card. It's merch, not an album. JYP Japan's official order window runs September 28 – October 12, 2026.
Q: How do I pre-order the Stray Kids Japan 2027 Season's Greetings? A: Right here at Kpop Exchange. Add it to cart and check out, and we ship from Denver, Colorado with domestic tracking and no customs fees, so you skip JYP Japan proxy services entirely. Note the official order window closes October 12, 2026; order before then.
Q: What is the difference between the Japan Season's Greetings and the Korean Season's Greetings? A: They're two completely separate products. The Korean 2027 Season's Greetings "Paper Tale" (JYP Entertainment & Blue Garage) is a soft watercolor storybook concept: desk calendar, scheduler, denim-look fabric book cover, mini photobook, masking tape, and four complete 8-member card sets. The Japan 2027 Season's Greetings "WAVE MAKER" (JYP Japan) is a bold yellow-and-blue crew concept: hard cover diary, desk calendar, drawstring knapsack, poster, making video QR card, complete photocard and ID photo sets, an ID photo holder, and stickers. Different shoots, different contents, no overlap. Collectors of both now own two 2027 planners and no excuses.
Q: Are the photocards random? A: No. The 8-photocard set and the 8-piece ID photo set are complete, one per member, in every box. The only random item on the official sheet is a unit photo card (1 of 4), which is designated as a JYP Japan Online Store benefit and isn't part of the standard set.
Q: Is the unit photo card included? A: The unit photo card (random 1 of 4) is officially marked "only for JYP JAPAN ONLINE STORE." It is not part of the standard set contents. If Kpop Exchange orders include it, this page will say so explicitly. Unless it's stated here, please don't expect it.
Q: When is the order deadline? A: JYP Japan's official order window is September 28, 2026 (13:00) to October 12, 2026 (23:59). This is a period-limited order, so after the window closes, availability isn't guaranteed. If you want it, order now.
Q: When does it ship? A: JYP Japan hasn't published the shipping schedule yet; it will be posted here the moment it's confirmed. Your order ships from Denver 3–7 business days after stock arrives.
Q: What is the making video QR card? A: A 55×85mm card with a QR code that unlocks the making-of video from the WAVE MAKER shoot. Access is provided by the official issuer and follows JYP Japan's viewing terms.
Q: What is the knapsack? A: A 380×470mm black drawstring knapsack printed with the WAVE MAKER logo. It's the one item in the set built to be used daily: gym, school, concerts, carrying other merch home from Kpop Exchange orders.
Q: Does the Japan Season's Greetings count toward Oricon or Billboard Japan? A: No. It's a merchandise set, not a music release, so it does NOT count toward Oricon, Billboard Japan, Hanteo, or any chart. The chart-counting Japan release this season is SUIATSU, the 4th Japanese mini album (November 25, 2026).
Q: Are there different versions of WAVE MAKER? A: No. WAVE MAKER is a single version with identical standard contents for every buyer. The only variable on the official sheet is the JYP Japan Online Store unit photo card benefit, which sits outside the set itself.
Q: Who are the members of Stray Kids? A: Stray Kids (스트레이 키즈) is an eight-member boy group under JYP Entertainment: Bang Chan (방찬), Lee Know (리노), Changbin (창빈), Hyunjin (현진), Han (한), Felix (필릭스), Seungmin (승민), and I.N (아이엔). They debuted March 25, 2018 and hold nine consecutive No. 1 debuts on the Billboard 200. Their fandom is STAY (스테이).
Q: Can I cancel my pre-order? A: No. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once processed. All sales are final. Minor box wear, fabric thread ends, or slight print variation are not considered defects.
Q: How long does shipping take? A: 3–7 business days from Denver, Colorado once your order is processed (pre-orders ship after stock arrives). Tracking included, no customs fees for US buyers.
