Description
I have questions with respect to:
1) Is the Line Friends BT21 Merch official or unofficial?
A: Majority of the BT21 merch is fan made (unofficial). There's a few official items for sale and the official items will say wording that's it's official in the product page. The more expensive items are official while the less expensive ones are fanmade. Unofficial BT21 will be much less than the price of the official version.
2) Are the photocards for sale official or fanmade?
A: Almost all the photocard sets for sale are fanmade or unofficial. If they are in the Under $15 collection, they are unofficial. If they are from a Lucky Draw or a album Pre-Order Benefit then they are 100% official and essentially come one by one unless you order a set via a Lucky Draw.
1) How soon will my item(s) will ship?
A: If we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 8 business days from the date of your order. The tracking information will get sent out automatically to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 8 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@kpop.exchange. Please be aware Pre-Orders will not ship until they are release and ship to us from Korea. The release date may be found on the product page.
2) How long are shipping times?
A: Your products will ship within 5 to 8 days of you placing your order then take 4 to 6 weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Kpop Exchange has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product page.
3) Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Yes!
4) What's the ETA to USA and Canada?
A: 3-5 weeks is the ETA. On occasions it may arrive faster and during busy shipping times it may turn into 6 weeks. for items such as Albums and Official Merchandise, it's already in the US and is received much faster. The shipping speed can be chosen at checkout depending on fast you want to receive it.
5) Where can I find my tracking information?
A: The tracking will update on the order status page once the item is in transit. You will also receive an email notification with a link to your personal tracking page through my shipping program, AfterShip.
6) Where do your items ship from?
A: Albums and official goods come from South Korea and ship out of our small facility in Denver, CO. Unofficial and less expensive goods are made in and ship from China.
1) What's your return policy?
A: All sales are final. We accept returns for refunds, for items damaged in transit or defective items. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint.
2) Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can if it's within 48 hours. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
3) What happens if I receive a defective electronic item?
A: Electronics include any product that requires a battery such as a Lightstick. In the rare event you receive a sealed official lightstick that is defective, you would need to contact the manufacturer. The contact information can be found in the user manual.
The expected release date is December 1, 2026 in Korea. We will begin the shipping process once we receive the pre-order items as long as there are no delays.
IMPORTANT NOTE:Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are released and available to ship together. It is guaranteed that you are getting it whenever we receive it from South Korea! We usually ship out pre-order items in 1-2 business days from the day we receive it.
APPLE MUSIC PRE-ORDER BENEFIT INCLUDED
DURING PRE-ORDER PERIOD
for 1 Photobook: 1 Apple Music Exclusive Photo Magnet Set (2 types)
CARATs, you know what happens when you put Jeonghan's chaos and DK's laugh on Jeju Island together. There's no plan, no itinerary and (according to the title) no right answer. 🧳 NO-CLUE TRIP (정답 없는 여행) is the official photobook for the pair's new six-episode Weverse travel show. Every choice on the trip is a coin flip: sea or mountains, bread or meat, a shooting game or a bike course. This box is the physical souvenir of all those questionable decisions.
What makes this one special: it isn't one photobook, it's two, and nothing inside is random.
📸 128-page Photobook (152 × 152 mm): the official record of the Jeju trip, with seaside selfies, scooter rides and a lot of best-friend energy. The cover is a spinning-wheel of choices: DK, JEONGHAN, GO AGAIN, question marks everywhere.
🎞️ Film Photobook by DK & Jeonghan (24 pages): film shots the two took of each other, plus handwritten-style notes. You're seeing each member through the other one's lens.
🃏 The full photocard set, 9 cards: all 9 photocards come in every box, in their own envelope. No random pulls, no trading-group panic. The same goes for the 24-postcard set and the 8-card message card set.
🔑 Digital code keyring: a tiny blue "?" book on a silver ball chain that unlocks about 24 minutes of unreleased behind-the-scenes video (up to 1080p FHD, with Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese subtitles).
🧵 Extras: an embroidered NO-CLUE TRIP wappen (patch) badge and an arrow-shaped sticker.
🧲 Apple Music exclusive POB: pre-orders with the Apple Music POB option include a photo magnet set with both designs (2 types). It's the full set, not a random pull.
It all comes in a mint-green outbox (172 × 161 × 45 mm) with cobalt-blue graphics, made to look like a travel parcel and printed with arrows that spell out NO-CLUE TRIP. It's pretty enough for the shelf next to your SEVENTEEN albums. (Seungkwan is probably already jealous.)
Single version. There's one edition and no random covers. Every copy has the same contents.
⚠️ This is a photobook, not a music album. It does NOT count toward Hanteo, Circle, Billboard or any music chart.
About the artists:SEVENTEEN (세븐틴) is a 13-member boy group under Pledis Entertainment (HYBE), distributed in the US by Geffen Records / Universal Music Group. They debuted on May 26, 2015 with 17 Carat. The members are S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, DK, Mingyu, The8, Seungkwan, Vernon and Dino. SEVENTEEN set a then-all-time record when FML (2023) sold 4.5 million copies in its first week. They were the first K-pop act to play Glastonbury (2024) and became the first UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for Youth.
Jeonghan (정한) is a vocalist and one half of the unit JxW with Wonwoo. He completed his military service in June 2026, and NO-CLUE TRIP is one of his first big content drops since coming back.
DK (도겸) is the main vocalist. He leads the unit BSS (BooSeokSoon) with Hoshi and Seungkwan, and he's also half of DxS with Seungkwan.
The show continues SEVENTEEN's travel-content tradition: Nana Tour with SEVENTEEN (2024) set a Weverse VOD sales record, and Nana Minbak set a Weverse view record. The fandom is CARAT (캐럿).
Ships from Denver, Colorado, USA 🇺🇸. This Jeju souvenir only needs a domestic flight, with no customs fees.
