Description
I have questions with respect to:
1) Is the Line Friends BT21 Merch official or unofficial?
A: Majority of the BT21 merch is fan made (unofficial). There's a few official items for sale and the official items will say wording that's it's official in the product page. The more expensive items are official while the less expensive ones are fanmade. Unofficial BT21 will be much less than the price of the official version.
2) Are the photocards for sale official or fanmade?
A: Almost all the photocard sets for sale are fanmade or unofficial. If they are in the Under $15 collection, they are unofficial. If they are from a Lucky Draw or a album Pre-Order Benefit then they are 100% official and essentially come one by one unless you order a set via a Lucky Draw.
1) How soon will my item(s) will ship?
A: If we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 8 business days from the date of your order. The tracking information will get sent out automatically to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 8 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@kpop.exchange. Please be aware Pre-Orders will not ship until they are release and ship to us from Korea. The release date may be found on the product page.
2) How long are shipping times?
A: Your products will ship within 5 to 8 days of you placing your order then take 4 to 6 weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Kpop Exchange has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product page.
3) Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Yes!
4) What's the ETA to USA and Canada?
A: 3-5 weeks is the ETA. On occasions it may arrive faster and during busy shipping times it may turn into 6 weeks. for items such as Albums and Official Merchandise, it's already in the US and is received much faster. The shipping speed can be chosen at checkout depending on fast you want to receive it.
5) Where can I find my tracking information?
A: The tracking will update on the order status page once the item is in transit. You will also receive an email notification with a link to your personal tracking page through my shipping program, AfterShip.
6) Where do your items ship from?
A: Albums and official goods come from South Korea and ship out of our small facility in Denver, CO. Unofficial and less expensive goods are made in and ship from China.
1) What's your return policy?
A: All sales are final. We accept returns for refunds, for items damaged in transit or defective items. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint.
2) Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can if it's within 48 hours. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
3) What happens if I receive a defective electronic item?
A: Electronics include any product that requires a battery such as a Lightstick. In the rare event you receive a sealed official lightstick that is defective, you would need to contact the manufacturer. The contact information can be found in the user manual.
ReVeluvs, this is the one that doesn't fit on the shelf with the others — because it isn't trying to. The TILT Special Ver. is a limited-edition release that comes in a glossy black belt pouch with a red buckle, printed with roses, gold chains and a red stiletto. That's the whole TILT mood in one object: slick, a little dangerous, and very much an IRENE & SEULGI unit concept. 🥀
What makes the Special Ver. special:
👠 The belt pouch. A black clutch-style pouch with a zip and a buckle strap. It's packaging you can keep using afterward. One honest heads-up from collectors: the belt strap can slide off, so keep it threaded if you're displaying it.
💿 Mini CD-R (80mm) in its own envelope instead of a standard 120mm disc. Cute, but read the drive warning below.
📝 6 object lyric papers, one for each track on the EP.
📖 36-page photobook, plus a folded poster.
Random pull math: the only random inclusion is the ID card: 1 of 2 designs, so each copy gives you a 1 in 2 (50%) chance at a specific one. Want both? Two copies covers it on average, but it's still a coin flip — copy #2 has a 50% chance of matching copy #1. Everything else is fixed: 2 individual photocards + 1 unit photocard = 3 photocards per copy, no gambling.
Special Ver. vs. the other TILT versions: the Photobook Ver. splits into A (Group), B (IRENE) and C (SEULGI) covers and has the standard CD. The Special Ver. is the one with the belt pouch, the mini CD-R and the full 6-paper lyric set. If you only buy one TILT for display, buy this one.
⚠️ Mini CD-R compatibility: the 80mm mini disc won't work in slot-loading drives (most car stereos and some laptops). Use a tray-loading CD player or drive only. Slot-loaders can jam or damage the disc.
About IRENE & SEULGI (아이린&슬기): IRENE & SEULGI is the first sub-unit of Red Velvet (레드벨벳), the five-member girl group (Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, Joy, Yeri) under SM Entertainment that debuted on August 1, 2014. The duo pairs Red Velvet's leader IRENE (Bae Joo-hyun, 배주현) with main dancer SEULGI (Kang Seul-gi, 강슬기). Both have solo work too: Seulgi debuted with 28 Reasons (2022) and Irene with Like A Flower (2024). The unit debuted on July 6, 2020 with the 1st mini album Monster. It peaked at #2 on the Circle Album Chart, sold 267,000+ copies in Korea (KMCA Platinum) and made them the best-selling female sub-unit in South Korea in 2020. Five years later they came back with TILT, their 2nd mini album, released May 26, 2025 (SM Entertainment / Kakao Entertainment). TILT peaked at #5 on the Circle Album Chart, sold 197,000+ copies in Korea, and charted at #27 on Japan's Oricon Albums chart. The B-side "What's Your Problem?" features JULIE of KISS OF LIFE. The fandom is called ReVeluv (레베럽).
Ships from Denver, Colorado, USA 🇺🇸 — the only belt bag you can buy that also counts toward the charts, and you won't pay customs fees on it.
⚠️ The outer case/box and pouch are simply for protecting goods. Damages such as scratches or discoloration cannot be compensated.
📊 The sales volume is applied 100% in the charts on US Billboard, Apple, HANTEO, CIRCLE (GAON), and Music Bank.
📦 All items will be shipped out within 3~7 business days once the order has been processed. Albums cannot be cancelled nor refunded once processed. All SALES ARE FINAL.
💿 Mini CD-R: compatible with tray-loading CD players/drives only. NOT compatible with slot-loading drives (car stereos, some laptops). Playback issues from slot-loading drives are not covered.
🔀 ID card is randomly inserted (1 of 2). You cannot choose or request a specific ID card.
