Description
I have questions with respect to:
1) Is the Line Friends BT21 Merch official or unofficial?
A: Majority of the BT21 merch is fan made (unofficial). There's a few official items for sale and the official items will say wording that's it's official in the product page. The more expensive items are official while the less expensive ones are fanmade. Unofficial BT21 will be much less than the price of the official version.
2) Are the photocards for sale official or fanmade?
A: Almost all the photocard sets for sale are fanmade or unofficial. If they are in the Under $15 collection, they are unofficial. If they are from a Lucky Draw or a album Pre-Order Benefit then they are 100% official and essentially come one by one unless you order a set via a Lucky Draw.
1) How soon will my item(s) will ship?
A: If we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 8 business days from the date of your order. The tracking information will get sent out automatically to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 8 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@kpop.exchange. Please be aware Pre-Orders will not ship until they are release and ship to us from Korea. The release date may be found on the product page.
2) How long are shipping times?
A: Your products will ship within 5 to 8 days of you placing your order then take 4 to 6 weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Kpop Exchange has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product page.
3) Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Yes!
4) What's the ETA to USA and Canada?
A: 3-5 weeks is the ETA. On occasions it may arrive faster and during busy shipping times it may turn into 6 weeks. for items such as Albums and Official Merchandise, it's already in the US and is received much faster. The shipping speed can be chosen at checkout depending on fast you want to receive it.
5) Where can I find my tracking information?
A: The tracking will update on the order status page once the item is in transit. You will also receive an email notification with a link to your personal tracking page through my shipping program, AfterShip.
6) Where do your items ship from?
A: Albums and official goods come from South Korea and ship out of our small facility in Denver, CO. Unofficial and less expensive goods are made in and ship from China.
1) What's your return policy?
A: All sales are final. We accept returns for refunds, for items damaged in transit or defective items. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint.
2) Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can if it's within 48 hours. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
3) What happens if I receive a defective electronic item?
A: Electronics include any product that requires a battery such as a Lightstick. In the rare event you receive a sealed official lightstick that is defective, you would need to contact the manufacturer. The contact information can be found in the user manual.
ILLIT - 5th Mini Album BREAK EVEN (Standard Ver.) SIGNED
GLLITs, ILLIT just stopped being the girls who misread every kind gesture — and they put a signature on it. BREAK EVEN is ILLIT's 5th mini album, the "I'm not investing another minute in a one-sided crush" era, and this is the hand-signed Standard Ver.: the full photobook album, autographed. Same 88–92 page photobook, same CD, same three photocards, same poster — plus the one inclusion no amount of re-buying can pull for you. 🖊️
Pick your mood:
QUIET Ver. — The "I'm fine, it's fine, everything's fine" version. Frosted mint glass, white slip dresses, waist-length black hair, a grey book band and a pure-white CD. The thickest book of the three at 92 pages.
MAD Ver. — Self-delusion as a lifestyle. A pink retro diner, blonde bangs, cat-eye glasses, stilettos aimed like weapons and a crime scene of fries and ketchup. Lime green band, holographic music-note CD, pink envelope.
BURNING Ver. — Done pretending. Elevator stand-off, loosened school ties, red hair, a bedazzled pink arm cast and a tartan plaid back cover. Hot pink band, plaid CD, black envelope. One photocard back literally reads "CAUTION: I've lost all my patience."
What makes this one special: besides the signature, every version comes with a landscape photobook built like a coffee-table art book (W240 × H170mm) with an elastic book band in the version color, a lyric-printed CD envelope, a version sticker and a W420 × H300mm poster. Look closely at the envelope stamp — "261026 ILT240325" is the release date next to ILLIT's debut date (March 25, 2024).
The photocard math: every copy includes 3 photocards — Photocard A, B and C — each pulled randomly from its own pool of 4 (one per member). That's a 1-in-4 (25%) shot at your bias on each card, and a 37/64 (about 58%) chance of landing your bias at least once per album. All three cards being your bias? 1 in 64. Each version has its own card designs: 12 per version, 36 across QUIET, MAD and BURNING. We're not judging, we're enabling.
About the signature: this is an officially signed copy sourced through hello82, ILLIT's U.S. retail partner. ⚠️ The signing member and signature placement are random and vary from copy to copy — we can't take requests for a specific member. Select your version (QUIET, MAD or BURNING) at checkout.
Limit 4 per order. Only purchases with a valid U.S. billing and shipping address count toward ILLIT's U.S. sales.
About ILLIT: ILLIT (아일릿) is a girl group under BELIFT LAB (a HYBE label) that debuted on March 25, 2024 with the mini album SUPER REAL ME, whose title track "Magnetic" topped digital charts in Korea and across Asia, peaked at No. 6 on the Billboard Global 200 and became the fastest girl-group song to reach 100 million streams in Japan. Since then ILLIT has released I'LL LIKE YOU (2024), bomb (2025, their first No. 1 on the Circle Album Chart), the single album NOT CUTE ANYMORE (2025) and MAMIHLAPINATAPAI (April 2026), which peaked at No. 26 on the Billboard 200 and sold about 410,000 copies in its first week, a career high. Every EP so far is KMCA-certified Platinum or 2× Platinum. The members are YUNAH, MINJU, MOKA, WONHEE and IROHA; MOKA is currently on hiatus, so BREAK EVEN is promoted by YUNAH, MINJU, WONHEE and IROHA. HYBE Chairman Bang Si-hyuk co-produced all four tracks. Before release, BREAK EVEN passed 500,000 Spotify pre-saves and hit No. 1 on Spotify's Pre-Save Top 10. Their fandom is GLLIT (글릿).
