Description
I have questions with respect to:
1) Is the Line Friends BT21 Merch official or unofficial?
A: Majority of the BT21 merch is fan made (unofficial). There's a few official items for sale and the official items will say wording that's it's official in the product page. The more expensive items are official while the less expensive ones are fanmade. Unofficial BT21 will be much less than the price of the official version.
2) Are the photocards for sale official or fanmade?
A: Almost all the photocard sets for sale are fanmade or unofficial. If they are in the Under $15 collection, they are unofficial. If they are from a Lucky Draw or a album Pre-Order Benefit then they are 100% official and essentially come one by one unless you order a set via a Lucky Draw.
1) How soon will my item(s) will ship?
A: If we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 8 business days from the date of your order. The tracking information will get sent out automatically to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 8 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@kpop.exchange. Please be aware Pre-Orders will not ship until they are release and ship to us from Korea. The release date may be found on the product page.
2) How long are shipping times?
A: Your products will ship within 5 to 8 days of you placing your order then take 4 to 6 weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Kpop Exchange has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product page.
3) Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Yes!
4) What's the ETA to USA and Canada?
A: 3-5 weeks is the ETA. On occasions it may arrive faster and during busy shipping times it may turn into 6 weeks. for items such as Albums and Official Merchandise, it's already in the US and is received much faster. The shipping speed can be chosen at checkout depending on fast you want to receive it.
5) Where can I find my tracking information?
A: The tracking will update on the order status page once the item is in transit. You will also receive an email notification with a link to your personal tracking page through my shipping program, AfterShip.
6) Where do your items ship from?
A: Albums and official goods come from South Korea and ship out of our small facility in Denver, CO. Unofficial and less expensive goods are made in and ship from China.
1) What's your return policy?
A: All sales are final. We accept returns for refunds, for items damaged in transit or defective items. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint.
2) Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can if it's within 48 hours. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
3) What happens if I receive a defective electronic item?
A: Electronics include any product that requires a battery such as a Lightstick. In the rare event you receive a sealed official lightstick that is defective, you would need to contact the manufacturer. The contact information can be found in the user manual.
ENHYPEN – THE SIN : BLISS (Music Korea POB Photocard)
ENGENEs, we know. You've replayed the "Bloody Paradise" MV until the funk beat lives rent-free in your skull, you've screenshotted every frame of the BLISS concept photos, and you've accepted that this era looks like a sun-bleached fever dream in an abandoned house. Now it's time to own a piece of it — without waiting three weeks for a parcel from Seoul. This is the card that came with buying the album at Music Korea, and you get to pick exactly who you want. No gacha. No prayer circles.
The ENHYPEN THE SIN : BLISS Music Korea POB Photocard is an official Music Korea purchase benefit released for ENHYPEN's 8th mini album THE SIN : BLISS (August 21, 2026). Each card is printed in landscape (horizontal) orientation — a less common format that makes this set stand out in a binder.
6 member designs — one per member — sold individually
Not included inside the album; given only through Music Korea's purchase window in Korea
Matching sun-faded, warm-haze photography from the BLISS concept
WHAT'S INCLUDED

ABOUT THE BLISS CONCEPT
The whole set feels like the morning after something you weren't supposed to see. Every card is shot in soft, overexposed daylight inside (and around) a weathered wooden house — broken glass, chipped paint, abandoned tables — with each member holding a small, strange symbol of temptation.
Jungwon — Dark hair, oversized gray sweatshirt, leaning across a messy table toward a glass of something milky, with a wine bottle, a croissant and melting ice scattered in front of him. Teal wall, vintage lamp. Leader who looks like he just found evidence and is deciding whether to tell anyone.
Jay — Lying flat on a sunlit floor covered in shattered glass, head propped against a wooden beam, dark jacket, eyes half-closed. Peak "I've accepted my fate and it's gorgeous" energy.
Jake — An extreme side-profile close-up with sunlight turning his light-brown hair pink and violet against a pale lavender background. The softest card in the set, and the most dangerous to your bias list.
Sunghoon — Tousled dark hair, white tank top, navy cardigan falling off one shoulder, black cord necklace with a silver pendant, eyes cast down against weathered wooden siding. The ice prince has entered his tortured-poet arc.
Sunoo — Soft bangs, navy top over a white tee, holding up a burning matchstick-like flower with a live flame against a concrete wall. Sunshine boy, literally playing with fire. We have notes and they're all screaming.
Ni-ki — Tousled dirty-blond hair, cream V-neck knit, holding a cluster of dark grapes beside white wooden shutters. Forbidden-fruit symbolism delivered by the maknae. Dramatic. Iconic. Correct.
ABOUT THE MUSIC KOREA POB
Music Korea is one of South Korea's major official K-pop album retailers, and its sales count toward Korean charts. For THE SIN : BLISS, Music Korea gave this exclusive photocard to fans who bought the album through its store during the designated pre-order window. It is not one of the random photocards packed inside the album, and it was never sold separately in Korea. Once that window closed, the secondary market became the only way to get it — so we did the Korea-side legwork for you.
ABOUT THE SIN : BLISS
THE SIN : BLISS is ENHYPEN's 8th mini album, released August 21, 2026 through BELIFT LAB. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 98,000 equivalent album units (92,000 in album sales) — ENHYPEN's first-ever Billboard 200 chart-topper after two No. 2 peaks (ROMANCE : UNTOLD in 2024 and THE SIN : VANISH in January 2026). It also hit No. 1 on Korea's Circle Album Chart and Japan's Oricon album chart, and passed 2.02 million copies sold, making it a double-million seller.
