Description

1) Is the Line Friends BT21 Merch official or unofficial?

A: Majority of the BT21 merch is fan made (unofficial). There's a few official items for sale and the official items will say wording that's it's official in the product page. The more expensive items are official while the less expensive ones are fanmade. Unofficial BT21 will be much less than the price of the official version.

2) Are the photocards for sale official or fanmade?

A: Almost all the photocard sets for sale are fanmade or unofficial. If they are in the Under $15 collection, they are unofficial. If they are from a Lucky Draw or a album Pre-Order Benefit then they are 100% official and essentially come one by one unless you order a set via a Lucky Draw.

1) How soon will my item(s) will ship?

A: If we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 8 business days from the date of your order. The tracking information will get sent out automatically to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 8 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@kpop.exchange.
Please be aware Pre-Orders will not ship until they are release and ship to us from Korea. The release date may be found on the product page.

2) How long are shipping times?

A: Your products will ship within 5 to 8 days of you placing your order then take 4 to 6 weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Kpop Exchange has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product page.

3) Do you ship to PO Boxes?

A: Yes!

4) What's the ETA to USA and Canada?

A: 3-5 weeks is the ETA. On occasions it may arrive faster and during busy shipping times it may turn into 6 weeks. for items such as Albums and Official Merchandise, it's already in the US and is received much faster. The shipping speed can be chosen at checkout depending on fast you want to receive it.

5) Where can I find my tracking information?

A: The tracking will update on the order status page once the item is in transit. You will also receive an email notification with a link to your personal tracking page through my shipping program, AfterShip.

6) Where do your items ship from?

A: Albums and official goods come from South Korea and ship out of our small facility in Denver, CO. Unofficial and less expensive goods are made in and ship from China.

1) What's your return policy?

A: All sales are final. We accept returns for refunds, for items damaged in transit or defective items. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint.

2) Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, you can if it's within 48 hours. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

3) What happens if I receive a defective electronic item?

A: Electronics include any product that requires a battery such as a Lightstick. In the rare event you receive a sealed official lightstick that is defective, you would need to contact the manufacturer. The contact information can be found in the user manual.

Limit 4 albums per person. Both billing and shipping details must include a valid U.S. address. Freight forwarders do not qualify as US Purchasers. Orders that don’t meet these requirements may be canceled without notice.

Release Date: is June 26th in Korea. We will begin the shipping process once we receive the pre-order items as long as there are no delays.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are released and available to ship together. It is guarantee that you are getting it whenever we receive it from South Korea! We usually ship out pre-order items in 1-2 business days from the day we receive it.

The ATEEZ GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5 Unit Digipack Ver. splits the group into smaller unit combinations — each with their own cover, their own photocard pool, and their own visual identity within the GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5 concept. If the regular Digipack is "the whole squad," the Unit Digipack is "the friends within the friend group." Every unit has a vibe. Every unit has a cover. Every unit has fans who will die on the hill that their unit is the best one. We love this energy. ⚡

Based on ATEEZ's Golden Hour series patterns, Unit Digipacks have featured sub-unit groupings of 2–3 members per unit, typically resulting in 4 unit editions that together cover all 8 members. Each unit edition has a unique cover featuring only the members in that unit, a CD with the full album tracklist (identical across all editions), and a unit-specific photocard pool with cards of only the members featured on that cover.

Why the Unit Digipack matters for collectors:

The photocard pool is unit-specific. If you pull a photocard from the Hongjoong & Seonghwa unit edition, it will be either Hongjoong or Seonghwa — not one of the other 6 members. This means your odds of pulling your bias are significantly better than the standard Digipack (where the pool covers all 8 members). The math: in a 2-member unit, you have a 50% chance of your bias per card pull. In the full Digipack, it's 12.5%. The Unit Digipack is the collector's cheat code. 📊

Each Unit Digipack includes the same CD with the full tracklist — the music is identical across all unit editions and all other formats. The difference is the cover art, photocard pool, and any unit-specific booklet/insert content.

The Unit Digipack Ver. is a compact album format of ATEEZ's anticipated 14th mini album GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5 that features sub-unit groupings of members. Based on ATEEZ's established patterns, Unit Digipacks split the 8 members into smaller groups (typically 2–3 per unit) across 4 separate editions. Each edition has a unique cover featuring only the members in that unit, the full album CD, and a unit-specific photocard pool. Part.5 has not yet been officially announced — details will be updated when KQ confirms.

What is the difference between the Unit Digipack and the regular Digipack?

The regular Digipack comes in 8 member-specific covers with a photocard pool that covers all 8 members. The Unit Digipack comes in ~4 unit editions, each featuring 2–3 members on the cover with a photocard pool limited to only those members. The Unit Digipack gives you better odds of pulling your specific bias — e.g., 50% in a 2-member unit vs. 12.5% in the full 8-member pool.

How many Unit Digipack editions will there be?

The Photobook Ver. is the premium format with a full-size photobook (80–100+ pages), group-focused content, poster, stickers, and multiple inclusions. The Unit Digipack is a compact format with a slim sleeve, smaller insert, and unit-specific photocard pool. What is the difference between ALL ATEEZ GOLDEN HOUR Part 5 versions?

Part.5 is expected to release in 6 format categories: Photobook Ver. (flagship, ~3 versions), Digipack Ver. (~8 member covers), POCA Album Ver.
