Description
I have questions with respect to:
1) Is the Line Friends BT21 Merch official or unofficial?
A: Majority of the BT21 merch is fan made (unofficial). There's a few official items for sale and the official items will say wording that's it's official in the product page. The more expensive items are official while the less expensive ones are fanmade. Unofficial BT21 will be much less than the price of the official version.
2) Are the photocards for sale official or fanmade?
A: Almost all the photocard sets for sale are fanmade or unofficial. If they are in the Under $15 collection, they are unofficial. If they are from a Lucky Draw or a album Pre-Order Benefit then they are 100% official and essentially come one by one unless you order a set via a Lucky Draw.
1) How soon will my item(s) will ship?
A: If we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 8 business days from the date of your order. The tracking information will get sent out automatically to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 8 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@kpop.exchange. Please be aware Pre-Orders will not ship until they are release and ship to us from Korea. The release date may be found on the product page.
2) How long are shipping times?
A: Your products will ship within 5 to 8 days of you placing your order then take 4 to 6 weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Kpop Exchange has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product page.
3) Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Yes!
4) What's the ETA to USA and Canada?
A: 3-5 weeks is the ETA. On occasions it may arrive faster and during busy shipping times it may turn into 6 weeks. for items such as Albums and Official Merchandise, it's already in the US and is received much faster. The shipping speed can be chosen at checkout depending on fast you want to receive it.
5) Where can I find my tracking information?
A: The tracking will update on the order status page once the item is in transit. You will also receive an email notification with a link to your personal tracking page through my shipping program, AfterShip.
6) Where do your items ship from?
A: Albums and official goods come from South Korea and ship out of our small facility in Denver, CO. Unofficial and less expensive goods are made in and ship from China.
1) What's your return policy?
A: All sales are final. We accept returns for refunds, for items damaged in transit or defective items. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint.
2) Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can if it's within 48 hours. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
3) What happens if I receive a defective electronic item?
A: Electronics include any product that requires a battery such as a Lightstick. In the rare event you receive a sealed official lightstick that is defective, you would need to contact the manufacturer. The contact information can be found in the user manual.
ATEEZ – GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5 – POCAALBUM Ver. (Makestar Fansign Event POB Photocard)
ATINYs, let's be honest about how this card usually gets made. You enter the Makestar MEET&CALL draw. You buy "a few" POCAALBUMs to improve your odds, then a few more. You refresh the winner list at 3 PM KST like your heartbeat depends on it. Whether you won the fansign seat or not, every album came with one random Hamster Ver. photocard, and the one you wanted went to someone else's binder. Not anymore. You pick the member here, and the card ships from Denver. 🐹
The ATEEZ GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5 Makestar Fansign Event POB Photocard (Hamster Ver.) is an official Makestar purchase benefit released for the POCAALBUM Ver. of ATEEZ's 14th mini album. It was given only to fans who entered Makestar's [GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5] (POCAALBUM) MEET&CALL EVENT, the July 2026 fansign and 1:1 video call draw. It is a separate card from the random photocards inside the POCAALBUM itself.
Choose from:
Hongjoong Seonghwa Yunho Yeosang San Mingi Wooyoung Jongho
No random pulls through this listing. Select your preferred member at checkout, and that is the card you get.
Why fans chase this card (the odds)
At the event, Makestar sent 1 random Hamster Ver. card per album, from a pool of 8 (one per member). That works out to:
1 in 8 (12.5%) chance of pulling your bias with any single album. (7/8)^5 = 51.3% chance of still not having your bias after 5 albums. 6 albums before the odds finally tip past 50/50 (1 − (7/8)^6 = 55.1%). The only guaranteed route was 8 albums at once, which Makestar shipped as a full set with no duplicates. That's 8 POCAALBUMs for one card you actually wanted.
Or you can buy one card, for one member, on purpose. We're not judging the 8-album strategy. We're just offering a cheaper one.

ABOUT THE HAMSTER VER. DESIGN
"Hamster Ver." is Makestar's own version name for this event card. It's a separate design from Makestar's other GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5 benefits: the Sea Friends Ver. pre-order selfie card and the Strawberry Ver. card from the Photo & Call event. Each one came from a different purchase window. Collecting all three Makestar sets for your bias is its own side quest, and we stock all three.
ABOUT THE MAKESTAR FANSIGN EVENT POB
Makestar is one of Korea's major official K-pop album platforms, and it runs fansign and video call draws for big comebacks. For GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5 it ran the POCAALBUM MEET&CALL EVENT. Entries were open July 20, 2026 (3 PM KST) through July 22, 2026 (11:59 PM KST), and the event itself was held on July 26, 2026. There were 30 fansign winners and 120 video call winners (15 per member). Every entrant got the Hamster Ver. photocard, whether they won or not. The entry window lasted three days, so this card isn't going to be restocked.

The MUSINSA TEEZ QUACK POB was distributed separately as an external retailer-event benefit and is not part of the standard photocard pool packaged inside the album.
